Each loaf features a crisp, golden crust and a soft, airy interior with just the right amount of chew. Simple, honest ingredients come together through time and technique to create a loaf that stands on its own.
Finished with our signature scoring and baked in small batches, this is sourdough in its purest form—and the foundation of everything we make.

Heating Instructions:
Warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes to refresh the crust.
Storage:
Store at room temperature for up to 2 days, refrigerate for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 4 months.
