These delightful Bagels are made with love. Using our 200-year-old sourdough starter, we prepare the batch and let them ferment. Some batches we ferment other ingredients too. We then get them ready, by weighing each piece, rolling them into perfect balls, and letting them proof for a few hours and then poking holes in the middle and letting them proof once more, and then boil them in a honey water and then bake them to perfection. Truly the best bagel around.
