We focus on traditional methods that create delicious and healthy freshly baked bread that our community loves. Nestled in the historic heart of the Georgetown Divide, our artisan sourdough bakery is dedicated to crafting exceptional bread the old-fashioned way. We source the finest flours, pure water, and natural sea salt, allowing our wild yeast starter to ferment slowly and develop deep, complex flavors with that signature tangy crust and airy crumb. Every loaf is hand-shaped, scored, and baked fresh weekly in small batches, reflecting our commitment to quality ingredients and uncompromising taste.
